Had dinner tonight at one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at, chef Andrew McConnell’s Cutler & Co. in Melbourne Australia. 
Chef McConnell won AGE Good Food Guides 2010 Chef of the year for good reason. Try the Wagyu Ribs (perfect balance between smoky / savory), Steamed pork buns (no shredded pork here, chunks of pork with a perfect sweek/hot sauce) and ask Adam the bartender to make you a Kentucky Gent a bourbon, honey and peach concoction, and you wont be disappointed!
